Quality, Tradition and Sustainability

Pescado Seafood Restaurant’s menu is based on a wide variety of seafood and raw fish, including shrimp and scampi platters, Mediterranean blue and red lobsters, tuna tartare, snapper, sea bass carpaccio or catch of the day.

THE MENÙ

Sustainable cuisine

Our philosophy is to find the best catches available every day at local fish auctions and offer each guest the opportunity to choose their preferred method of preparation.

Thus we can use a snapper to make a carpaccio as a starter and a sauce for nice hand-drawn tagliolini pasta. Or we can use a tuna fillet to prepare a tartare, spaghetti and maybe some tasty strips.

OUR WINES

The Wine List

The wine list is carefully designed to satisfy even the most refined palates that aren’t content with everyday wines.

The sparkling wine list includes a selection of our best Franciacortas, including Ca’ del Bosco, Monterossa and Cavalleri as well as a selection of the most renowned Champagnes, in different sizes, including Dom Perignon, Ruinart, Bollinger, Krug, Thienot and Philipponnat.

There is a wide choice of white wines, including Gaja, Jermann, Castello della Sala, La Scolca, Venica, Capichera, Ladoucette,Albert Pic, to mention just a few of the labels on the list.

The red wine list includes the excellent Lazio wines Masseto, Tignanello and Montiano. The spirits and bitters list is also carefully selected.

An all-round experience that starts from the quality of the seafood and the catch of the day, involves a cuisine that is traditional in taste yet modern in its preparation techniques, is enhanced by a choice of “smart” wines and sparkling wines, and ends with attentive service in a setting where no detail is forgotten.
